Guang-fo City Rail Loop Line is expected to open in 2019

　　In the future, urban rail is as convenient as a subway 

　　The Rail Loop Line starts at Foshan West Railway Station and ends at Guangzhou South Railway Station, with a 35.001-km main line and a designed speed of 200km per hour. There are 5 stations in this section, including Zhangcha, Beijiao, Dongping New City, Chencun and Guangzhou South Railway Station. 

　　Zhou Keyu, project manager of the Guang-fo City Rail Loop Line project of China Railway Urban Construction Group, said several underground stations at the first section of the Guang-fo City Rail Loop Line are designed in a modern subway style. In addition to the entrance and exit, each station platform also has the same barrier door as the Guangfo metro line. In the future, passengers will feel the same convenience and comfort as taking the subway when travelling on Guang-fo City Rail Loop Line. 

　　Exposure of each station’s interior site 

　　Chencun takes machinery, trade, electronics, logistics, convention and exhibition and flower farming as its main industries, and there are mechanical markets and industrial factories around the station. Therefore, Chencun  chooses flower elements and design the top of the station hall into pieces of petals, demonstrating the development of Chencun is prosperous as blooming flowers.

　　Zhangcha station uses keyboard as the design element, and adopts a lion-dancing form of ceiling, reflecting the regional characteristics of modern industry and technology. 

Zhangcha Station 

　　As the center of Foshan New City, Dongping New City Station adopts rectangular block element, which reflects the reasonable layout of Foshan New City’s overall planning. 

Dongping New City Station 

　　Beijiao has convenient waterway transportation and it’s surrounded by Midea Group headquarter building as well as other new planned construction projects. The character area of the station hall of Beijiao Station is combined with a diamond and a hexagonal element to project the modern sense of science and technology and coordinate with the environmental attributes of the surrounding area. 

Beijiao Station

　　Guangzhou South Railway Station is the only Guangzhou station in the first section of Guang-fo City Rail Loop Line. Designers add golden straight and curve lines to the pillars and ceilings, with a similar color to the "champagne color" of fashion phones. It is expected to become one of the "Network celebrity station" among all the stations of Guang-fo City Rail Loop Line.
