Foshan raked in nearly 300 hundred-mln projects by far this year

Data shows that from this January to October, Foshan signed 298 projects (over 100 million yuan or $10 million) with a total amount of 237.116 billion yuan, including 279 domestic investment projects, with a total investment of 227.543 billion yuan, and 19 foreign investment projects, with a total investment of $1.481 billion.

Among them, there are 56 major industrial projects (on a scale of over 1 billion yuan or $100 million) with a total investment of 157.958 yuan, including 59 domestic investment projects, with a total investment of 151.655 billion yuan, and 6 foreign investment projects, with a total investment of $973 million.

This year, Foshan has planned 380 key construction projects, with a total investment of 1014.412 billion yuan, and an annual planned investment of 110.056 billion yuan. From January to October, Foshan has completed 107.959 yuan of investment, accounting for 98.1% of the annual planned investment.

In this month, Foshan has started 5 projects such as Foshan Tai Beer project and new campus of Foshan No.9 Primary School, and five new projects have been put under operation, including Guangzhou Shijing to Zhaoqing Dawang section of Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Expressway, and reconstruction of Foshan New Port Riverside Public Space.
