Sanlongwan Nanhai Area welcomed new investment projects

On November 15, an important industrial carrier project in Sanlongwan Nanhai Area,  the capping and signing ceremony for Yi’An Science and Technology Innovation Park (first phase) held. 11 key projects with a total investment of 500 million yuan were signed on the spot, which was another move after many others by Runhui Science and Technology Park and International Innovation Park last week.

Projects signed at the ceremony included World Top 500 enterprises like Baochengzhong Trade supported by Japanese famous enterprise, high-tech enterprise Fengshang Technology, Landted Instrument, etc. The first phase of Yi'an Science and Technology Innovation Park began construction in March this year, and currently has finished an area of nearly 100,000 square meters, with 13 main buildings, as expected to be put into use in August 2022.

Located in the core area of International Science and Technology Innovation Town in Wenhan Lake, the project invested by Yongqiang Technology (Foshan) Co.,Ltd. enjoys a very outstanding geographical advantage. “We will provide the best services for the enterprises entering the park, and build a benchmarking park in Sanlongwan." Said Yi Rong, General Manager of Yongqiang Technology (Foshan) Co.,Ltd.

The park covers an area of about 12 hectares, with a planned total construction area of 260,000 square meters, and a total investment of more than 2 billion yuan. Focusing on emerging industries like intelligent manufacturing, automation, electronic information and biological medicine, it is positioned as quality industrial park that meets modern standards  in Sanlongwan Nanhai Area. The park is planned to be fully completed and attract investment by 2025. It is expected that 80 enterprises will enter the park and provide more than 5,000 jobs.

In recent years, Sanlongwan Nanhai Area has taken up two significant tasks of building Guangzhou-Foshan High-quality Development and Integration Pilot Zone and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao High-end Cooperation Demonstration Zone. Guided by the overall development plan of Sanlongwan, the area will accelerate construction and strive to be the most attractive and influential area in Guangzhou-Foshan area.
