Sanlongwan: good industrial exhibition empowers a city

On March 10th, the year's first show was held at Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center; on March 31st, International Rubber Technology Exhibition was a blast; on May 1st, Foshan International Automobile Industry Expo saw a big audience; on July 20th, Foshan Tanzhou Ceramics Exhibition was a good success. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the venue still held 53 exhibitions and conventions this year.

It is only three weeks before China (Guangdong) International Internet Plus Exposition 2021 is held in Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The event not only serves as a display and promotion platform that provides innovation solutions for Internet companies across the country, but also an exchange and interaction platform that promotes digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.

Statistically, in 2020, Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has held 47 exhibitions and conventions, with a total exhibition area of 2.52 million square meters, more than 400,000 guests, outnumbering most exhibition halls in China in terms of exhibition activities. For the whole year of 2020, 18 exhibitions were signed to stage at the venue with exhibition area exceeding 1.3 million square meters, where robots, rubber and plastic machinery, baking equipment, epidemic prevention materials, architectural decorations and other categories were presented. 2020 marked a high historical height, in terms of the number of venues.

Till now, 29 new exhibitions have been signed. At the same time, a special fund of 20.5 million yuan has been guaranteed, attracting many well-known exhibition companies including China United Rubber, Shanghai Huahao, Zhenwei and other well-known exhibition companies to settle in Foshan.

On the evening of July 19, everything seemed busy inside Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. It was a sleepless night for everyone involved to ensure a successful opening of 2021 Foshan Tanzhou Ceramics Exhibition. The next day, more than 150,000 visitors came to a massive exhibition and created a strong boost to convention and exhibition industry in Foshan. When it comes to business environment, it can only get better than it was before. This year marks the first year that China has kicked off its "14th Five-Year Plan". Foshan has listed "creating a first-class business environment" as a "No. 1 Reform Project". With a direction towards industrial chain display, Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center will help to shore up local industrial weakness, build strong brands and push for industrial upgrading.

Original inspiration: to unlock "convention & exhibition +" power

There's often one major convention venue in a city, and in turn, the venue empowers the city. For Sanlongwan, there's only one way ahead and forward.
