In-depth talks carried out for coordinating on "Guangfo Hui" Project

Overall design of "Guangfo Hui"

　　With joint planning, construction, investment and operation by Guangzhou and Foshan, "Guangfo Hui" is a landmark project that bonds together the two neighboring cities, which spearheads more follow-up projects from the two city governments to achieve regional integration and high-quality shared growth, a goal underlined by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the CPC Committee of Guangdong Province.

　　Located inside the land plot reserved for the university to be built where Sanlongwan Foshan borders with Panyu Guangzhou, "Guangfo Hui" was designed as a urban complex that spans the Chencun Waterway with a quick access to Guangzhou South Railway Station.

　　The complex has a multifunctional nature as it provides room for exchanges, conference, exhibition, business and accommodations. Given that, it caters to the comprehensive needs in the promoting area of the Guangzhou-Foshan High-quality Integrative Development Pilot Zone.

　　Currently, governments of the two cities are deepening researches on conceptual design for the main buildings and city planning for the neighborhood. The main body of investment and construction is Guangfo Investment Development (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. Since the birth of this project, the company has actively introduced international competition projects and mapped out early planning, in addition to opening up businesses such as land bidding, "Smart City" building and cultural & tourism cooperation.
