South Loop of Guangzhou-Foshan Intercity Rail to be completed in Sep

　　At 6:10 am, April 13th, the first batch of 500-meter-long steel rails arrived in Panyu, Guangzhou. Slowly but orderly, the construction workers started laying these steel rails on the concrete track bed slab that links to Dongguan. It signified the start of track laying for South Loop of Guangzhou-Foshan Intercity Rail before the whole project, projected to complete in September, finally comes to a decisive victory.

　　On a strategic level, the South Loop of Guangzhou-Foshan Intercity Rail is essential to railway system in the Pearl River Delta. The project starts from Foshan West Railway Station, connects to Panyu Station and arrives in Dongguan. When finished, it will only take us 10 minutes from Foshan New City to Panyu Station.
