Recently, Foshan Natural Resources Bureau issued the pre-approval announcement of the Detailed Regulatory Plan of the Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster Startup Zone (NH-A-03-01, 02, 06, SD-D-03-01 Planning Units). Specifically, the Sanlongwan Startup Zone covers four planning units located in Chencun Town, Shunde and Guicheng Street, Nanhai, which are west and north to Pingzhou Waterway and Luweiqiao Waterway, east to Chencun Waterway, and south to Sanlongwan Avenue, Guotong Avenue and Gangnan Road.
The Startup Zone covers a planned construction land of 1,256.23 hectares, including 105.06 hectares of residential land, 56.63 hectares of public management and public service facilities land, 186.35 hectares of commercial and service facilities land, 240.23 hectares of industrial land, and 245.19 hectares of green space and plaza land.

According to the regulatory plan files, regional cultural activity centers, elder service centers, kindergartens, junior middle schools, secondary professional schools, sports and fitness venues, bus hubs and other urban supporting facilities will be available in all varieties.

Combined with the layout of the rail transit construction in Foshan, it is estimated that six tracks, including Nanhai New Traffic, Guangzhou Metro Line 10, Foshan Metro Line 2, Line 4, Line 11, and Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Intercity Railway, will meet in this area. Based on the advantage of being adjacent to the Guangzhou South Railway Station, it takes 40 minutes to get to Shenzhen, 50 minutes to Hong Kong, and 60 minutes to Zhuhai and Macao from the Sanlongwan Startup Zone.

At the same time, the planned non-construction land of the Startup Zone is 298.72 hectares, including 136.04 hectares of water area and 162.28 hectares of agricultural and forestry land.
