　　On the evening of September 29, the maiden voyage ceremony of Foshan Sanlongwan Night-cruise Project was held.

　　Sanlongwan Night-cruise Project, the first night-time water tourism project in Foshan as well as the first Lingnan culture-themed cruise project in China, provides a new perspective for the boarded guests to experience the unique charm of Sanlongwan and enjoy the great beauty of Foshan.

　　Lights on as night fell, the sailing “Sanlongwan” cruise ship becomes the main attraction on Dongping River.

　　It takes about an hour to cruise around from the Dragon Boat Square Dock. Based on the concept of “Waterside Gallery, Poetic Foshan”, the night-cruise route is divided into five major themes: Lingnan Spring Scenery, Humanistic Rhythm, Industrial Light, Times Imagination and Livable Foshan, passing through natural landscape such as Denglongsha Ecological Island and the dawn redwood forest, and night-time scenic landmarks such as Century Lotus Sports Center, Fang Tower and Xinbao Square, and closely appreciating Dongping Bridge, Huayangte Bridge, Chenbei Bridge and Industrial Dock.

　　The cruise project combine the ecology of Lingnan waterside village, integrated Lingnan cultural elements, and took the lead to launch Lingnan cultural-themed tour in China. On the one hand, intangible cultural heritage products with Lingnan features such as Shiwan ceramic dolls and Gambiered Guangdong Gauze were shown and sold on the cruise ship, along with Double-layer Steamed Milk Custard and other special snacks from Shunde, the City of Gastronomy; on the other, the night scenery on both sides of the route has presented the charm of Lingnan culture such as Foshan Kungfu through a variety of carriers and forms.

　　Standing on the open-air deck, numerous splendid lights were shining with Cantonese opera, paper-cutting, Kungfu, dragon dance and other creative cultural elements, lighting the sky of Sanlongwan at night.

　　The natural landscape featured with Lingnan waterside village, the power and beauty of industrial civilization in Foshan, and the bright night scenery of high-rise buildings in the bustling city were all presented comprehensively.

　　During the cruise, citizens and tourists can enjoy the night view and learn more about the economic and cultural development of Foshan for an in-depth understanding of Foshan.

　　Next, Sanlongwan Night-cruise Project will strengthen the cooperation in water sightseeing and leisure tourism, develop and operate featured water sightseeing tourism routes, and build Foshan’s water sightseeing and leisure tourism brand in accordance with the concepts of regional cultural promotion, industrial tourism and the City of Gastronomy, creating an indispensable tourism project in Foshan.
