Linshang Road Interchange in Shunde realized full interconnection

　　Recently, the Linshang Road-Foshan 1st Ring Expressway Interchange has realized full interconnection, which will further strengthen the connection between the exhibition area and Foshan New City, Beijiao New Town and other major areas to improve the internal interconnection of Shunde area, Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster.

　　Based on the weak traffic foundation of the exhibition area, the Construction Bureau of Shunde Area and relevant departments focused on strengthening the construction of traffic facilities in the exhibition area, among which the Linshang Road Interchange is an important project to realize the full interconnection between auxiliary roads of Foshan 1st Ring Expressway and Linshang (Heyue) Road. Eight new ramps have been built on the Linshang Road Interchange to facilitate the interconnection of the exhibition area, Foshan 1st Ring Expressway and surrounding areas. Meanwhile, the original interchange across Foshan 1st Ring Expressway has been widened from 4 two-way lanes to 8 two-way lanes, which have greatly improved the traffic efficiency.

　　With the clarity of the main body of the overall development and construction, the construction of the exhibition area has been accelerated comprehensively. Since the second half of 2020, the Construction Bureau of Shunde Area has actively promoted the construction of the project, which has upgraded the road network of the exhibition area. Specifically, Xincun Road has been opened to traffic in June this year, and Heyue South Road, Jiqing Road, and Science and Technology Factory North Road will be opened to traffic in September.

　　In addition, the full interconnection between Linshang Road and Foshan 1st Ring Expressway will also strengthen the connection between the exhibition area and the Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Expressway to further enhance the leading effect of the expressway on the development of the exhibition area.
