The first Sanlongwan (Shunde) headquarters economic policy presentation was held

　　On June 23rd, the Construction Bureau of Shunde Area, Sanlongwan High-end Innovation Clusters (hereinafter referred to as Sanlongwan) took the lead in holding the first headquarters economic policy presentation of Sanlongwan in Lecong Government, and interpreted the newly released "Foshan Sanlongwan’s Implementation Measures for Promoting Headquarters Economic Development" (hereinafter referred to as "Implementation Measures"). More than 40 representatives from 25 enterprises and business associations including Foshan Baoneng Investment Co., Ltd., Liandong U Valley Shunde International Innovation Port attended the meeting.

　　The two types of supported objects specified in the "Implementation Measures" include headquarters enterprises and regional headquarters of international organizations (institutions). The qualified headquarters enterprises settled in Sanlongwan can receive settlement incentives, the amount of which is 100% of the contribution of the local financial resources of the city in the previous complete fiscal year of the enterprise, with an maximum reward of 20 million yuan. What’s more, business contribution awards, office housing purchase or rental subsidies, leading enterprise awards, etc. are also included. The total amount of various awards and subsidies can exceed 100 million yuan.

　　At the same time, the "Implementation Measures" also encourage owners to use their current properties to build headquarters parks. If they are identified as headquarters parks, the operating unit can receive 1 million yuan reward at one time. In addition, the settled regional headquarters of eligible international organizations (institutions) can receive settlement award of 300,000 yuan at one time, which fully shows Sanlongwan’s courage to create a modern international business environment and its determination to promote headquarters economic development.

　　Jiang Yuanguo, Director of the Construction Bureau of Shunde, Sanlongwan, introduced the planning layout, development advantages and future prospects of Shunde area, Sanlongwan to the guests. The official also interpreted the application of Sanlongwan headquarters economic project, supportive policies, application conditions and preferential policies standards, etc., presenting advantages from multiple dimensions such as transportation, business environment and government services, sparking some interest to enterprises.
