Sanlongwan Management Committee sends ten staff to grassroots to prevent and control the epidemic

　　On the afternoon of February 2, Liu Yi, director of the Management Committee of Foshan Sino-German Industrial Service Zone (Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster), led a team to the Dongping Community to guide the work of grassroots epidemic prevention and control, listened to the work report on Dongping Community epidemic prevention and control, conveyed the specific instructions from Guangdong and Foshan government on the epidemic prevention and control work, and expressed their condolences to the front-line staff.

　　After learning about the urgent need of personnel and materials for the prevention and control work in Dongping Community, Liu Yi immediately decided that the management committee would send 10 backbone members to the Dongping Community every day to work on prevention and control, and support grid inspections, publicity reports, information statistics, logistics, etc. until the end of epidemic prevention and control work. In regard to the epidemic prevention and control materials shortage, Liu Yi requested all bureaus of the Management Committee to coordinate and resolve immediately. If the coordination could not be in place in time, the office should work out the solution. At the same time, Liu Yi stated that he would coordinate the Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group in Shunde District to arrange the epidemic information statistics and other tasks so as to reduce the burden on the grassroots and improve work efficiency.

　　After accepting the task, the entourage docked with community workers on the spot, clarified the work and specific personnel to participate in the prevention and control, and collected statistics on the types, quantities, and funds required for the scarce supplies. At present, the 10 staff selected by the Management Committee have settled in the community to start working. The next step will be to coordinate and solve the material problem as soon as possible.

　　In addition, on the morning of February 2, Zhu Xixiong, deputy director of the Management Committee, led the staff of the Foshan Investment Promotion Bureau and Foreign Cooperation Bureau to Foshan Graduate School of Beijing Foreign Studies University to investigate epidemic prevention and control work in the campus and reminded the stay-at-school students to keep indoors during the epidemic, wash hands frequently, and pay attention to prevention and control work.
