Nanhai Sanshan to build Sanlong Bay Innovation Comprehensive Service Area

　　The core area of Lu Wei Qiao Area in Sanshan New Townwill be built into the Sanlong Bay Innovation Comprehensive Service Area. The planned area is expected to accommodate about 33,000 people and its employment population can reach 70,600. In order to accelerate the improvement of urban supporting facilities, the area plans to add one junior high school and two primary schools. At the same time, the new traffic line in Nanhai will pass through the area, and two stations will be set up along Taishan Road, namely Dafang Station and Taishan Road Station.

　　Building the area into Sanshan Low-carbon Demonstration New City

　　It’s reported that the area is close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, north to the Beijing-Guangzhou and Guizhou-Guangzhou high speed rail, south to Kuiqi Road east-extending line, west to the Guangzhou-Zhuhai west-line high speed rail, and east to the Chencun waterway, with a total planning area of about 314 hectares.

　　According to the plan, the area will be built into the Sanlong Bay Innovation Comprehensive Service Area, Nanhai Public Activity Center and Sanshan New Town Comprehensive Service Center. The development goal of the area is to build a charming and characteristic waterfront public place and Sanshan Low-carbon Demonstration New City, exploring the construction of a new type of urbanization roads and improving the urban development quality.

　　Nanhai traffic is expected to be connected with Guangzhou South Railway Station

　　There is also new progress in the new traffic that citizens are concerned about. Statistic shows that the limited speed in the new road is 80 kilometers per hour and the operating speed is about 40 to 60 kilometers per hour. At the same time, Nanhai new traffic road will be expected to connect with Guangzhou South Railway Station.

　　Sanshan Area is an important part of Nanhai section in Sanlong Bay . At present, there are 48 major projects in the section, with a total investment of 172.5 billion yuan, including 19 transportation projects, 20 industrial projects, 1 public service project and 8 landscape projects. The number of transportation projects ranks the second among the major projects in Nanhai section of Sanlong Bay..

　　In addition to speeding up the construction of new traffic roads in Nanhai, Nanhai will also create more transportation convenience in the future. Since this year, the area is further strengthening connectivity with Guangzhou's traffic infrastructure. At present, projects such as the construction of Foshan Metro Line 2, Intercity Guangfo Ring Road and Panyu-Zhuha Bridge advance orderly.
